  • A bit of a late start this week since our encoder was out hurfing his durf or something. WHATEVER.
  • E7 movie OST is out on Wednesday, movie is out on Friday. Yessss~ relevant ad included in this week’s Shin Mazinger. Will we sub E7 movie? As much as I’d enjoy it, probably not, but if nobody manned up we’d probably do it.
  • It’s worth mentioning that I’ve started helping Eej with editting Sengoku Basara for the past few episodes, so you got me to thank for that stuff finally coming out. HEH.

So, our translator’s power is out all night due to maintenance in his city. However…

@mandoric: subbing mazinger by candlelight with a homebrew and a boiled beef sandwich think ive reached peak oldfag.

More like peak awesome, hell yes we rule.

Broadcast version translated, Bandai Channel translations are still underway. Timing is beginning. Expect a much earlier release than the past few weeks.

  • We’re wrapping up the release, just need to do some editting and a QC and we should be good!
  • There’s an audio… glitch of sorts during this week’s BC stream that we unfortunately can’t do anything about. It’s actually inbuilt into the original as they’re streaming it, so it’s not like we can re download it to fix it like some download-glitches we’ve gotten in the past. You’ll probably notice it ~2:08 when the episode is out, but it’s not our fault!

Sorry for the late update guys, I was on a business trip all weekend. However, the episode WAS being worked on. On the downside, there are some translator IRL issues going on, so we may be delayed again this week.

Translator is working on it, but expect delays since we’ve having some encoding issues! The BC and TV version are hilariously scrambled in scene order, so combining them in a good way is difficult.
