Chapter 48: Sammy Catches Some Bugs. That's Really About All That Happens in This Chapter

Better not be any swordbirds here. Where I come from, metal stays on the ground. Well except for stuff made out of metal that flies.

Eh, haven't really looked at it.

Eeeeh, haven't really looked into it.

. . . I would say that that is highly likely. Dang, you watch tv. You've seen nature documentaries.

We should just send these to Sir David Attenborough, I bet he'd get it filled up pretty damn fast.

Yeeeea, and I don't wanna send mine away.

You do that, I'm still looking for stuff.

By "here" do you mean in this center or in Sevii? Because I'll take offense to one.

Cripes, you're a dick.

Exploration!

Shiiiiiii'it

Oh man, don't send that out. If he sends that out, I'm gonna lose it.

Ahahaha, he sent it out. Ah, the symbolism.

I'm sure there's a symbolism to this, too.

...

I'm not a Pokémon.

Odin, please forgive me for the thing I'm about to do.

I.. but..

. . . this island is ripe with euphemisms. Yes, it's a female in that house.

Something odd about this place.

Haha, his butt is smiling. :D

#167. Spinarak J:Itomaru G:Webarak F:Mimigal

String Spit Pokémon
Height: 1'08" Weight: 19 lbs.
Habitat: Forests Types:
It spins a web using fine—but durable—thread. It then waits patiently for prey to be trapped. The web spun by Spinarak can be considered its second nervous system. It is said that this Pokémon can determine what kind of prey is touching its web just by the tiny vibrations it feels through the web's strands. It lies still in the same pose for days while waiting for food. Even if prey becomes ensnared, it waits until nightfall before approaching it.

Thank god it's not Ellie... or Parry.

...what?

...what?

Hey, I like my hat.

. . . Biiiiig bug.

Choro Notes: This took like 8 ultra balls.

#214. Heracross J:Heracros G:Skaraborn F:Scarhino

Single Horn Pokémon
Height: 4'11" Weight: 119 lbs.
Habitat: Forests Types:
Heracross see their horns as a source of pride. They gather in forests seeking the sweet sap of trees. It is completely clad in a steel-hard shell. Heracross are usually docile, but if disturbed while sipping honey, it chases off the intruder with its horn. Heracross charges in a straight line at its foe, slips beneath the foe's grasp, and then scoops up and hurls the opponent with its mighty horn. This pokémon even has enough power to topple a massive tree. The sharp claws on Heracross's feet are planted firmly into the ground or the bark of a tree, giving the pokémon a secure and solid footing to forcefully fling away foes. With its Herculean powers, it can easily throw around an object that is 100 times its own weight.

...

Wow. I think.. I think this is the first bug-type I've seen that actually has six legs.
#165. Ledyba J:Rediba G:Ledyba F:Coxy

Five Dot Pokémon
Height: 3'03" Weight: 23.8 lbs.
Habitat: Forests Types:
Very timid, Ledyba are afraid to wander on their own. However, they are very active in groups. Ledyba secretes an aromatic fluid from where its legs join its body. This fluid is used for communicating with others. This Pokémon conveys its feelings to others by altering the fluid's scent. When the weather turns cold, numerous Ledyba gather from everywhere to cluster and keep each other warm.

Doesn't have enough kick like Fire Blast does.

So far, this island is boring. Very boring.

Man, there better be population out here.

...not seeing people. I see rocks.

Funny you should say "burns me up."

Choro Notes: The Altering Cave has some effects with the E-Reader. But hey. None of the shit for it came out. Congrats. Enjoy your cave full of:
Ok, I'm going back to town.
